Do you take insurance?
Yes, although we’re not in-network with any insurance companies, most insurance policies will cover a portion of your bill out-of-network. If you would like us to verify your insurance coverage, please fill out the following information.
We may also ask for payment at the time of service and help you submit the claim, depending on your coverage.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and insurance. You can also prepay for the sessions online HERE. The fees are listed on the online booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations without such notice may be billed for the full cost of the appointment time.
How long does each treatment take?
Average treatments take about 50 minutes, with a range from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the complication of the illness and what treatment modalities are used.
How many treatments do I need?
Since each person is unique, the number of treatments needed will vary. Among the determining factors are the type of condition, whether the condition is chronic or acute, and the vitality of the individual.
For acute conditions, treatments usually take an average of 2-3 times in one week to be gone. For more serious/severe conditions, the average treatment plan consist of 2-3 times per week for 6 weeks. For chronic conditions, treatment may take longer to resolve.

How do I prepare for my acupuncture visit?
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment. We ask that you eat something within a few hours before your treatment. Avoid consumption of stimulants and/or alcoholic beverages within 4 hrs of treatment. Also, please do not wear any perfumes or other strong fragrances.
